We just had a full moon in Aries yesterday and the energy is still with us this week as the ruler of that moon, Mars, makes his way into the fire sign of Leo. What emotions came to the surface around your identity and body that inform the actions you need to take to stand up for yourself and others? See this week we have tension in the sky as squares and oppositions take form between the fixed signs. Mars squares Mercury in Scorpio who is squaring Pluto in Aquarius. Chiron at 29 degrees Aries is also in the mix as it opposes Mercury and square Mars, then Mars and Pluto have a showdown as well. What happens if we stop leading with our wounds and instead allow our knowing to become our strategist? Well, we will have to let go of some of the ways we have identified ourselves and identified with others. Identity is breaking and we are seeing it in the public discourse around identity based issues  -from school choice to bar choice to drink choice, the ways our identities are performed is taking a hit as the floor they have been performed upon continues to crack. Who are you when the state does not define you? Who are you when you stop performing for daddy and start living for yourself? Pluto is the lord of the Underworld as well as the retriever of hidden riches - hence also ruling money and wealth. In Aquarius Pluto is showing us the hidden wealth of being in collectives, but to create them we have to die, and the death required is to the sense of Self that the patriarch, via the state and its conditioning, constructed. What is left after an ego death? Your inner kid - so what strategy does that little one want to play?
