Welcome to the Embodied Futures Lab, a transformative space where I help you reclaim your true Self by engaging with your body’s logic to create the future you are meant to live. At the core of this work is Embodied Strategic Dreaming (ESD)—a transformative 9-week program launching Fall of 2025 that blends astrology, embodied practice, and strategic visioning to help you reconnect with your purpose, reimagine your future, and take action to make it a reality. This isn’t just about reading charts or following prescribed life paths—it’s about reconnecting with your body as your first technology, and learning to dream again with intention and action, all grounded in the wisdom of the cosmos.

In the Embodied Futures Lab, I collaborate with your dreams and the cosmos to help you write YOUR story. Through a combination of astrology and embodied practice, you’ll learn to work WITH the energies you are born with, helping you to realign with your true purpose, and gain the tools to create the future you desire.

Here, astrology is a tool for freedom. It allows us to understand how power moves in society and how it impacts our sense of self. By reading the stars, planets, and our bodies, we can uncover how structures of power have shaped our personal and collective origin stories. And by doing so, we can shift these stories to create new ones—stories that center our humanity, not profit. This practice, which I call embodied strategic dreaming, helps bring us into alignment with our highest potential while keeping us rooted in our bodies and the present moment.

As an anthropologist and astrologer, I believe in astrology’s liberatory power: It offers us a tool to understand ourselves, break free from societal constraints, and imagine alternative ways of living. Astrology, when combined with embodied wisdom, allows us to gain deep insights into how we navigate power dynamics, societal structures, and our own sense of self. I approach astrology as an integral part of embodied strategic dreaming. The chart is not just a map of who we are—it is a guide for how we can strategically dream and align our lives with our deepest desires while staying grounded in the wisdom of the body and the present moment.

At the Embodied Futures Lab, we believe that change isn’t just something we plan for—it’s something we embody. This work is about trusting our body’s wisdom, listening to our intuition, and engaging with the future we want to create, both individually and collectively. In the Embodied Futures Lab, we take this knowledge and apply it directly to real-world strategy and visioning. Whether through one-on-one sessions, group workshops, or facilitated dream incubators, we work to root your personal and professional goals in the wisdom of the stars while embracing your body’s knowledge.

How I Read The Chart:

Astrology is a powerful tool that allows us to understand ourselves at a deeper level and our connection to society and the cosmos. I believe astrology is also a liberatory tool to help us understand the ways power moves and operates in society, and reminds us that there is more than one way to live. So we also have the ability to work WITH the planets/stars/zodiacs to read THROUGH power and labor to imagine new ways of living.

I am a Western Tropical Whole Signs Astrologer with over 13 years of experience who engages both traditional and modern understandings of astrology. Which means I keep traditional rulership of the planets as it maintains their duality, thus reminding us about the duality of life, and I work with the outer planets as a form of structural analysis about the ways power operates via identity making and impacts our sense of Self (inner planets). As a trained Anthropologist, I read the chart through an anthropological lens, working with the planets and zodiacs to better understand what it means to be human, and how we can be human (better) together.

This is how I integrate embodied strategic dreaming: Each reading becomes a living process—an invitation to tap into your inherent wisdom, honor your body's messages, and align with the energies of the cosmos to dream intentionally and act courageously. As you uncover the patterns in your chart, you also uncover the patterns in your life that are asking for transformation. From navigating your astrological "middle age" to confronting deep ancestral wounds, astrology becomes a tool for reclaiming your power and creating the future you desire—on your terms, in your body.

I specialize in a few different areas:

• Navigating Astrological Middle Age (36-45): As the outer planets get personal, life can feel like it’s completely breaking open. This is a time for deep reflection, release, and embodied transformation, as you align with your true self and move through the breaking apart that creates room for you to fully live. In our work together, we will combine Embodied Strategic Dreaming with astrological analysis to understand how to integrate this transition with intention and purpose.

• The Dark Houses (4th, 8th, 12th) and Ancestral Connections: I work with clients to explore their relationship to their ancestral lines and gifts, using the chart to uncover hidden wisdom and heal generational wounds. With my Scorpio Rising and 12th house placements, I help you navigate the deepest parts of yourself and connect with the wisdom of your bloodline as part of your strategic dreaming process.

• Team Building/Visioning/Strategic Planning: As a strategist, I use astrology to help groups plan, vision, and build in alignment with their collective purpose. I create dream incubators for groups that combine individual chart readings (focusing on Mercury, Mars, Venus, and generational planets) alongside facilitated strategy sessions. These sessions empower groups to dream strategically and align with the energies needed to bring their vision into reality.

We break free from societal scripts and align with your true path, understanding how your inner planets (the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, and Mars) interact with the structures of power represented by the outer planets.
