The Embodied Futures Lab is where dreaming meets strategy. A sound spiritual practice requires a structural analysis that is culturally situated, and the Embodied Futures Lab is a space to teach us how to dream again as a strategy and bring those dreams into reality with clarity, precision, and purpose.

This philosophy is at the heart of Embodied Strategic Dreaming (ESD), my praxis-based methodology that blends structural analysis with embodied knowledge and cultural context to create real change. ESD combines political clarity, cultural analysis, and intuitive body intelligence to support individuals and organizations in reclaiming their capacity to imagine, plan, and enact liberatory futures. ESD is how we reclaim the human and learn to co-create with the cosmos the world(s) we say we want to live in.

ESD is a nonlinear practice that helps individuals and organizations learn to navigate change. It first invites curiosity and play to the table through a process of questioning one’s reality to learn how to believe the body. From there reflection on what emerged is explored through guided contemplations, creative exercises and storytelling which helps embody that knowing. This leads to guided action(s) that one can claim ownership of through ritual and devotion to one’s knowing.

ESD is where spiritual practice meets structural analysis, a place where justice, cultural reflection, and intuitive knowing are seamlessly woven together. It’s not just about envisioning the future. It’s about imagining, creating, and building that future, using our dreams as strategic blueprints to enact real-world transformation.

The Lab: A Space for Learning, Co-Creation, and Transformation

Through a combination of astrological lessons and assessment, group conversations, and curated anthropological content, I guide individuals in engaging deeply with their personal and collective dreams and turning them into actionable plans.

The Lab is where I help people learn and practice ESD together.

In the Lab, I teach people how to engage with the cosmos and their own embodied wisdom to co-create the worlds they want to live in. The Lab is where I use ESD to help others take their dreams and aspirations and make them real. It’s not enough to just dream; we must question what we know to be true, embody that knowing to make space for dreaming, and act on those dreams with clarity, structure, and strategy.

What I Offer at the Embodied Futures Lab

The Embodied Futures Lab, hosted on my Patreon, is an online space that brings people together to reimagine what it means to be human outside the colonial project through:

• Divination Study: Learn the logic of various divination practices as a way to better understand your life's purpose, challenges, and strengths. Learn how to align your personal and professional paths with the cosmos to move in flow and clarity.

• Seminars and Lectures, both online and in person, on various aspects of embodied strategic dreaming. Topics include spiritual gifts and astrology, ancestors and the dead, becoming human again, protection and cleansing, deconstruction and you, abolition and astrology, and more!

• Group Incubations: I host monthly dream and play incubators in the Lab to help people learn the ESD process

• Community and Conversation: I offer a number of different ways to bring people together in community and conversation that includes a book club, listening and conversation salons, playdates with curiosity and group learning.
