There are many ways one can work with change.
I work with individuals and organizations when a shift is occurring - whether it be when old ways of working no longer fit, a new direction is emerging, or the stories and structures that have shaped an institution need reexamining.
As an Organizational Death Doula, Cultural Strategist, and StoryWeaver, my work spans executive advising, political and organizational strategy, cultural assessment, ethnographic research, facilitation, leadership coaching and training, archival research, and storytelling.
If you are in the midst of a transition and are looking for guidance on how to both navigate and alchemize change, then explore below the various ways we can work together.

What are the stories we need to tell to create the worlds that we want to live in?
For those needing to preserve, write, and/or rewrite their origin stories for future generations.
As a StoryWeaver, I use ethnographic and creative methods to help organizations, communities, and institutions uncover, archive, preserve, and tell the stories that shape who they are and who they are becoming.
Through archival research, interviews and conservations, documentation, and creative practice, I help bring to the surface stories that might otherwise be lost, overlooked, or forgotten. I work with others to create ways for those stories to inform the future.

The Method: Embodied Strategic Dreaming
A methodology that helps individuals and organizations work with change, so that change does not work you!
Embodied Strategic Dreaming (ESD) is a praxis-based methodology designed to help turn on the first technology we all have access to - the body.
We are living in times of change that can also feel chaotic, as structures and systems are disintegrating, revealing the embedded cracks in the foundation of society. ESD provides a framework to help navigate these changing landscapes, imagine new ways of being, and then bring those imaginations into reality.
I developed ESD based on my work as an anthropologist, administrator, educator, strategist, writer, and astrologer. ESD brings together reflection, embodied practice, strategic thinking, creativity and play to help individuals and organizations be active participants in the creation of what comes next.
THE PROCESS
Question - Reflect - Act
Question: I begin by bringing curiosity to the table. Questioning helps highlight and interrupt assumptions and limitations both placed upon us and that we then place upon ourselves before exploring the full issue.
Reflect: Revelations from questioning are then brought into the body as a way to reflect on what is uncovered. Through contemplations, exercises, conversation, music and movement that centers the body and its knowing, the information moves from intellect to embodied knowledge.
Act: Finally, we experiment with what could be different as a way to bring into practice the information uncovered in the questioning and reflection. Creative practices like storytelling and ritual construction are developed as a way to review mission and vision, goal-setting, and action plan through a humane lens.
ESD is a practice that works WITH change.
It can be used by individuals, teams, organizations, communities, and other groups navigating transition, uncertainty, or possibility. The methodology is flexible to the person, place, and situation.
The goal is to learn to have a different relationship to change through an embodied process that allows one to dream and bring those dreams into reality. What reality do you want to create? What are you willing to do to make that happen? ESD can help you in this process.

You do not know need to the problem fully to begin working with me. You just need to know something needs to change and you need help in navigating that energy.
How Engagements Work
We begin with a conversation.
I do not believe in forcing complex problems into predetermined packages.
Our first conversation is about assessing where you are in relation to the change you are feeling/experiencing, where you are trying to move to, and if my process is appropriate for your needs.
From there, I may recommend:
A focused consultation
For a specific strategic question or decision.
An intensive or facilitated session
For leaders or teams who need to work through a question together.
A research engagement
For organizations that need deeper cultural or ethnographic inquiry.
An ongoing advisory relationship
For leaders or organizations navigating a longer period of change.
The work determines the scope, format, and investment.
